Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on: contract performance (use of the service), your consent (contact form, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest (service improvement, security) and our legal obligations (billing, legal retention).

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your use of the service, then 30 days after account deletion. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations. Contact data is retained for 3 years from your last contact.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (hosting, email delivery) strictly within the scope of providing the service, and only with GDPR-compliant providers.
