Data Transfers
Your data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR. No data transfers to third countries are made without appropriate safeguards.
Security Measures
Actos App implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, regular backups, strict access control, access logging and regular security audits.
